How information is used when you browse, sign in or request an order.
Information we handle
We collect the email address and account details you provide when registering or signing in. An order request includes your name, phone number, delivery address, chosen products, quantities and order history. Support messages may include the details and photos you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, card details or unnecessary identity documents.
Why we use it
We use this information to maintain your account, respond to enquiries, review and fulfil accepted orders, provide delivery updates, resolve complaints and protect the service. An order request does not subscribe you to marketing. Any separate marketing use requires an appropriate choice or permission.
Browser storage
Your bag is saved in local storage on your device. Sign-in session information is also stored in your browser so you can stay signed in. Signing out ends the session; it does not automatically erase your saved bag or delete your account. You can clear site data through browser settings, which also clears local preferences and may sign you out.
Service providers
The current website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Supabase provides account authentication, the product database, order data and product-image storage. Google is involved if you choose Google sign-in, Google-hosted fonts load on some pages, and the sign-in library loads from jsDelivr. These providers receive information needed to deliver their services, such as request information and IP address. Email and phone providers process support communications. When order-notification sending is enabled, Resend processes the recipient email address, order reference and relevant status message. When a carrier is assigned, delivery information needed for fulfilment is shared with that carrier. Online payment is not currently connected; a future payment provider and its applicable notices will be identified before payment is collected.
Storage, retention and security
Account and order information is stored in the service providers’ systems. Authorised store staff use it to support accounts and orders. We retain information only for account service, order fulfilment, complaints, fraud prevention and applicable accounting or legal requirements; a deletion request may therefore not remove every transaction record immediately. No fixed deletion period or India-only storage location is promised here. Provider infrastructure may process data outside India. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
Contact rootx1212@gmail.com or +91 84488 75888 with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about access, correction, account deletion, withdrawal of optional permissions or a privacy concern. Use your registered email where possible. We may request proportionate verification before changing or disclosing account information. We will explain any information that must be retained and handle the request within applicable legal requirements. Do not include your password or OTP.
Children and changes
Accounts and purchases are intended for adults. Please contact support if a child has submitted personal information. This notice will be updated when data handling or service providers change; material changes will be reflected here.
