The terms for using the site and submitting an order request.
Business and product information
Birla RootX is the storefront brand. The supplied product labels identify RootX Wellness LLP, 55, Westend Marg, Saket, New Delhi – 110030 as the business for which the products are supplied. This is label information, not a confirmed warehouse or returns address. Manufacturer information varies by product and is shown in each product’s label section. Invoice seller identity and applicable tax information must be confirmed by support before an order is accepted. No GST registration number is represented on this page.
Order requests and acceptance
Adding to bag or submitting a request does not mean the order has been accepted or paid. Online payment is not currently connected. The team confirms stock, the invoice seller, serviceability, total charges and delivery estimate before accepting a request. If an item cannot be supplied, we will explain the available options. You may decline a revised offer before acceptance.
Prices and corrections
The current selling price is displayed separately from printed label MRP. Shipping and any additional charges must be disclosed before acceptance; the customer must agree to the final total. If a price, stock level or description is incorrect, the team will explain the correction and obtain your agreement or cancel the affected request. No higher amount will be charged without agreement. Any amount collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled must be returned under the refund process.
Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your sign-in details private. Use the site for lawful personal shopping and enquiries. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the service or copy another customer’s information. The current bag limit is 99 units per product; availability and acceptance still require confirmation.
Shipping, returns and cancellation
The separate shipping, returns and cancellation policies form part of these terms. Customer-facing estimates are planning targets, and the confirmed order details take precedence where more specific. Policy changes do not retrospectively reduce the terms agreed for an accepted order.
Product suitability and label accuracy
Products are supplements, not substitutes for a varied diet or prescribed treatment. Read the physical pack, directions, warnings, ingredients, batch details and expiry before use. Website label text is transcribed from supplied artwork; ask support to clarify any mismatch before ordering or using the product. Do not use an item with a broken seal or suspected defect. This does not limit rights relating to misleading or inaccurate product information.
