Working hours and response targets
Customer-support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm IST, excluding public holidays. Messages can be emailed at any time. We aim to acknowledge enquiries and complaints within 48 hours. Complaints should be resolved within one month of receipt; if an investigation needs an update, ask for its status and next action. Phone availability may vary; email provides a written record.
Escalating a concern
Reply to your existing email thread with “Escalation” in the subject and include the original request date, order reference and the outcome requested. Ask for review by the person responsible for customer grievances. A named grievance officer and separate escalation contact have not yet been supplied by the business; the existing support email is the current escalation route. This contact page must be updated when that officer is designated.

Dispatch and returns
Ask support to confirm dispatch origin and the correct return destination for your order. Do not post a return to a label address without written authorisation. The team will provide a return reference and pickup or shipping instructions for an accepted claim.
